so i took some more photos of the art in my boudoir… well, technically it’s not just a lady’s dressing room, it’s hugh’s too, but don’t tell him. i’ve already started putting succulents on his “sacred space” as he refers to the lone shelf he occupies. don’t feel sorry for him though. he has plenty of his gadgetry in the rest of the house.

bed with studio violet poster above

above is an awesome poster from studio violet (hung with this nifty hanger from rare device). below is my newest painting trade from the amazing annie galvin of 3 fish studios

awesome annie galvin

i’ve wanted to make a collage of prints like in my earlier post, but for right now i’m really appreciating the white space.

mom's curtins

above are the fantastic curtains my mom sewed for us when she was visiting a few weeks ago. it’s made a HUGE difference from our white flimsy curtains that blinded us every morning. these babies are thick and do the trick. i also quite like the blue rose material scored at the discount fabric place on mission street. my mom also made those sweet pillows from her last trip here. i heart my mom so. thank you. i also adore having a love seat in our bedroom (especially when it’s not covered with clothing) to read on.

not to mention another fabulous photo from andrea. this was taken of me TTV style when we were on the oregon coast and unfortunately not for sale… i don’t think? and the one below is by yours truly and will soon be available as a print in my shop… it says “falling asleep” on it which feels quite appropriate in a bedroom, eh?

jamie hogan's art

and truly last, but not least is a beautiful pastel drawing made by one of my role models (my dad’s cousin) talented jamie hogan perhaps based on this photo from our wedding.

thanks for letting me give you a tour:)
